1. How can I confirm the color before placing an order? Do you accept customized colors?
Yes, we offer custom color matching for our color-coated aluminum products.
To specify your desired color, you may provide any of the following:
A RAL color number
A physical metal sample
A paint chip
A finished product sample
Any other pre-approved color reference
Please note that on-screen colors are not accurate enough for production matching. For projects with strict color requirements, we strongly recommend confirming a physical reference sample prior to mass production.
2.Can you customize aluminum thickness, width and length?
Yes, we offer full customization on dimensions for a wide range of products, including aluminum sheets, coils, strips, foils, and circles.
To provide an accurate quotation, please specify the following details:
Product form
Alloy and temper
Thickness, width, and length
Dimensional tolerances
Required quantity
End-use application
Please note that the achievable minimum and maximum dimensions depend on the specific product, alloy, production route, and surface treatment. Final feasibility will be confirmed prior to quotation.
3.What is the difference between PE and PVDF coatings?
In short: PE coating is a reliable, budget-friendly option for interior and general-purpose decorative use. PVDF coating is a high-performance system engineered for demanding outdoor and architectural projects, where long-term color stability and weather resistance are critical.
When choosing between them, key considerations include:
Whether the material will be installed indoors or outdoors
Exposure to UV, rain, and corrosive environments
Gloss, texture, and visual requirements
Building codes and industry standards
Project lifecycle and maintenance expectations

4.Can I combine several sizes or specifications in one order?
Yes, combining different specifications is often possible—particularly when they share compatible alloys, tempers, coatings, and production processes.
However, please be aware that each specification may carry its own minimum order quantity. Consolidating multiple small-volume items can lead to increased production waste, higher packaging costs, extended lead times, and greater overall complexity.
To provide a clear answer, please send us your complete specification list. We will review it and confirm whether the items can be combined into a single production run or consolidated shipment.
5. What information do you need to prepare an accurate quotation?
Great question! To give you a tailored quote, we’ll need a few key details about your project. Here’s what to have ready:
First, the basics:
What form do you need? (sheet, coil, strip, foil, circle, or panel)
What alloy and temper? (e.g., 1100, 3003, 5052 / O, H14, H24, H32)
What are the dimensions? (thickness, width, length or coil weight)
Next, the finish:
Surface finish or coating
Color and gloss level
Protective film?
And finally, the logistics:
How many do you need?
What’s the application and applicable standard?
Where should we ship it? (port or full address)

6. Do you provide free aluminum samples?
Yes, we offer complimentary samples for small standard material sizes (typically up to A4) to help you evaluate our quality.
However, please note the following may incur additional charges:
International courier shipping fees

Oversized or large-quantity samples
Customized packaging requirements

7. How are aluminum coils and sheets packed for export?
Packaging is customized based on product type, size, surface, and shipping method.
Standard export packaging includes:

Moisture/waterproof wrapping
Edge & corner protection
Steel/plastic strapping
Wooden pallets or cases
Coil inner/outer protection
Labels with weight info
Coil orientation: Eye-to-wall or eye-to-sky—we choose the safest and most space-efficient option.

8. What payment terms do you accept?
Common payment methods include T/T and irrevocable L/C.

10. Can I visit your factory or arrange a remote inspection?
Absolutely. We welcome on-site visits with prior arrangement. For those unable to travel, we offer comprehensive remote alternatives, including live video walkthroughs, real-time production updates, and third-party inspection services.
